Settled Slab Leveled With Polyurethane
The lower concrete slab had settled away from the upper patio slab. Polyurethane was utilized to bring the two back to the correct elevation.
Trip Hazard Corrected!
Polyurethane geofoam was installed beneath this section of patio concrete that had settled along a cold joint. The Polyurethane foam's expansive property lifted the settled slab to perfectly align with the adjacent section!
Lower Slab Leveled With Polyurethane
This problem would have only continued to worsen without our Polyurethane fix. Water infiltration into this gap would have progessed the settlement of the lower slab to the point that it may have ended up irrepairable. It now looks as great as the day it was originally poured!
Bozeman Patio Repair
The owners of the property contacted YSS to address settled areas of their concrete patio and sidewalk areas. Polyurethane foam was installed beneath the affected areas and each concrete area was stabilized and returned to their original positions.
